Our condo is on the top floor up one flight of stairs and is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including a 55' HDTV in the living area, cable, and WIFI, comfortable king beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely patio with an electric grill to relax on after a fun day in Branson. There is one flight of stairs down to the entry.

This condo is a very large two-bedroom with two king beds and two attached bathrooms, a large living/dining room, and a kitchen. There is a high-quality self-inflating air mattress that can be utilized to sleep two additional guests for a total of 6. The condo is spacious; just about 1,400 sq. ft. which will give your group plenty of room to spread out and enjoy both time together and apart during your vacation.

We are also located a quick walk away from the clubhouse which includes an indoor-outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and fitness area. This is a can't miss opportunity and condo for the entire family that promises not to disappoint.

We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay. There is a $75 fee per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the property and refrain from excessive barking.

This is a fabulous condo location! This condo is just blocks away from Branson's famous 76 Country Music Blvd, and just minutes away from all the entertainment with easy access to shows, restaurants, shopping, and activities for the entire family.

Just a few short miles and you can be at either Table Rock Lake or Lake Taneycomo and enjoy water sports, fishing, and outdoor fun.

Historic downtown Main Street and the Branson Landing are also just a very short drive away. You will be amazed at what a truly great location this is in the heart of Branson for your peaceful and relaxing stay in Branson.

There is plenty of on site parking, but no assigned spaces. The pools, hot tub and exercise facility are close by, but a car is necessary to get to the closest stores and restaurants.
