When it's time for some adventure, you're just a quick ten-minute drive away from the famous Branson Strip, home to an array of thrilling attractions and captivating shows. Plus, you'll find a plethora of restaurants and entertainment options within a mere five-minute radius. For those who love to fish, bring your trusty pole and head over to Lake Taneycomo, conveniently located just a half-mile away at the Fall Creek marina. And if golf is your game, you're in luck—Pointe Royale, a fantastic public golf course, is right next door.

You will have full use of the entire condo and the balcony. The only shared spaces are parking (you are allowed a max of two vehicles) and the charcoal bbq area. We do have an electric grill on the patio for your private use.

This is a NON SMOKING unit. We do not allow smoking in the home or on the porches. Events and parties are prohibited.

I am a local host and available in person if needed. Please reach out with any issues.

Check out the many trails Branson has to offer - we recommend using the Alltrails app on your Smartphone and packing your tennis or hiking shoes.

Make sure to avoid traffic by using the colored red, blue and yellow routes throughout Branson. These routes will send you directly behind the strip and save you time when traffic is heavy.

We work hard to ensure cleanliness and to provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable; quality towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living space. If you are traveling with small children we do have a high chair and Pack n Play available in the unit. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond your expectations to provide the little extras that you may not find at other vacation rental properties.

We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay and they must be under 25lbs. We do have a $75 pet fee per dog. Please let us know about your pet when booking.
